Shipping and returns
Shipping
- Area:
- we only ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
- Free shipping:
- standard shipping is free to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, with no minimum order (it’s on me 💚).
- Premium shipping:
- if you want it sooner, Premium (express) shipping costs €3.99 to mainland Spain and €5.99 to the Balearic Islands.
- Prices:
- all include VAT and you will see the exact cost before paying.
- How you receive it:
- at home, at a Correos office or pick-up point or in a CityPaq locker. You choose when you place your order.
- If you choose an office, pick-up point or locker:
- write the name or address where you want to collect it in the field that appears.
- Preparation:
- 1 working day.
- Standard delivery:
- with Correos, in 48–72 hours.
- Premium (express) delivery:
- with Correos, in 24–48 hours.
- Delivery to an office, pick-up point or CityPaq locker:
- same price and delivery times as home delivery (standard in 48–72 hours and Premium in 24–48 hours).
- Balearic Islands:
- delivery may take a little longer.
- Tracking:
- Correos lets you know by text message or email when your parcel is on its way.
- If you are not at home:
- Correos tries to deliver it and, if you are not in, leaves you a notice to collect it at the office they indicate.
- If you choose an office, pick-up point or locker:
- Correos lets you know when it arrives and keeps it for 15 days for you to collect. After that, the parcel comes back to us.
We only ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to change your mind. Write to us at rocio@yogabalancecbr.com and we will explain how to do it; the withdrawal form is in our Terms of sale.
Return costs are paid by you, unless the product arrives faulty. If you chose express shipping, we do not refund the extra cost compared with standard shipping.
Did it arrive damaged? Write to us with a photo within 7 days of receiving it and we will sort it out.
We refund you using the same payment method you used.
All our new products have a 3-year legal guarantee.
