Orders and payments

At Yoga Balance CBR you buy without creating an account, so there is no customer dashboard. You receive the receipt for your payment by email and, when your order is sent, a notice with tracking. If you need to know where it is, write to us at rocio@yogabalancecbr.com with your name and the email you used to buy.

When you finish paying you see a confirmation page and receive an email with the receipt. If you can’t see it, check your spam folder. When your order is sent, we will let you know separately.

It usually arrives within a few minutes. Check your spam or promotions folder and make sure you typed your email correctly when paying. If it still hasn’t arrived, write to us at rocio@yogabalancecbr.com and we will check.

Once the order has been placed we cannot modify it. If it hasn’t been sent yet, we can cancel it and refund you so you can place a new one with the changes you need. Write to us or call us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or mobile on +34 613 054 698. If it has already been sent, we cannot cancel it, but you can return it within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

Only in exceptional cases, such as the product being unavailable due to a stock error or an obvious pricing error. If this happens, we will let you know and you can choose to wait, buy at the correct price or cancel with a refund.

You can pay with:

• Credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard).
• Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on your device and digital wallet.
• Bizum.
• Revolut Pay.
• Amazon Pay.
• Link.

Yes. Payment is handled by Stripe on its secure, encrypted payment page. Yoga Balance CBR never sees or stores your card details.

It is a security measure required by European regulations for card payments. Your bank will ask you for an extra step to confirm it’s you, for example a code you receive by text message, confirmation in your banking app or a password. It’s normal and it protects your payment.

If you pay by card and it’s declined, the most common reasons are that the 3D Secure verification wasn’t completed, there is an error in the details or your bank blocked the payment. Check your details, try again or choose another payment method. If it still fails, contact your bank.

Yes. Write to us at rocio@yogabalancecbr.com with your order number and your tax details (name or company name, tax ID and tax address) and we will email it to you.

All prices are final and include VAT. We don’t offer tax-free purchases or VAT refunds.

When shopping online it’s a good idea to take precautions to avoid scams. Some useful checks:

• Look for clear signs that you are buying from a real business, with its contact details.
• Check that the website is secure (the padlock next to the address).
• See whether the business has clear privacy and returns policies.
• Look for other customers’ reviews or contact the business.
• Be wary if almost everything is on sale and nothing is at full price.
• Trust your common sense: if you have doubts about a website or seller, it’s better not to buy.
